Introduction

About 5 years ago I completed writing my book called "Engaging in the Journey".  It took me about 5 years to write it, so just goes to show that if I never give up and continue on I will reach my goals.  It was a fun process as I started writing and then met with my sister once a week to edit what I had written.  We had alot of great discussions during this time.
I wrote this book a few years after doing a self improvement course by the name of Impact Trainings.  It is an incredible workshop.  It is a great way to heal old beliefs and hurts.  It is empowering and focuses on the human spirit and divinity within.  I love that people get such great results because this is not just a classroom where you sit and listen and take notes.  It is 80% experiential, so the learning goes deep and is effective.  I felt such unconditional love there.
As I experienced some incredible connections out in the community, I really missed those situations after I completed my training.  Many times I was challenged to get out of my comfort zone.  That is where I experienced some beautiful connections of spirit.  I wanted others to be able to have some similar experiences and I also wanted to challenge myself to continue to grow, so I created the challenges in this book.  The book also includes stories of people across the United States.  There is a page under each boxed challenge to journal one's experiences.  So the book can be used as a journal.  What a great legacy to leave for family and friends to share a part of your life with.
You may purchase the book by going to my website: www.engaginginthejourney101.net
If you want to contact me directly, you can pick up the book at my house for $20 and save the tax and shipping cost.  You can email me at ecjourney101@gmail.com
This would be a fun book club book to read and do some challenges together!
